Zoom is familiar to many of us, but the setup for a meeting may be a new experience, as are other features that support effective meetings. 

This resource is intended to support you, as you navigate Zoom as an option to connect with colleagues, staff and students.

IMPORTANT SECURITY REMINDERS

Zoom has many features to consider for security. I suggest taking some time to familiarize yourself ahead of your first Zoom class or meeting. Practice with colleagues!

• I recommend you enable 'Waiting Room' as a way to confirm who is going your meeting. 

• Large groups - share a password ahead of time.
