BCPVPA would like to know its members better!

Check your email for the April 15 message from David DeRosa, and click on the link to complete the survey. Our past surveys in 2013 and 2016 have helped us to identify member needs: the information gathered from the 2013 survey helped to persuade the Ministry to form a leadership development working group to consider how to support leaders and address recruitment and retention issues, and the responses also helped the Association advance its case for improved compensation. The information from 2016 helped us to make further representation to Government about issues affecting the work of Principals and Vice-Principals and enabled BCPVPA to better serve its membership.
